We are running a bit late this year, usually starting the countdown on the first day of the new year.  Nonetheless, the tradition continues, even if a bit tardy. 

For the eighth year in a row (for prior listings, see 2013, 2012,  2011, 2010, 2009, 2008, and 2007), we ring in the new year with a retrospective on the decisions from the prior year that were the least favorable to shareholders.  There are, as usual, a bounty of choices.  Nonetheless, as in prior years, we narrow the list to five.  Anyway, on with the countdown of the five worst shareholder decisions by the Delaware courts for 2014.
