Conrad Kranz
Conrad Kranz is a third-year law student and the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Conrad grew up in North Dakota and graduated from the University of North Dakota in 2019 with a Bachelor’s of Accountancy and a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Business Economics. Conrad is currently licensed as a CPA in the State of North Dakota.
Conrad has experience in venture capital and angel investing resulting from his time with Dakota Venture Group, an entirely student-run VC fund out of Grand Forks, ND. Conrad also has tax experience with complex corporate and partnership transactions, and he currently externs as a law clerk with Robinson, Waters, & O’Dorisio, P.C. focusing on trust and estate planning and other tax matters.
In addition to his service as Senior Editor for RTTB, Conrad also serves as President of the Venture Law Society. Conrad’s legal areas of interest include venture law and tax law in the context of mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations. Beyond law school, Conrad enjoys playing piano and trumpet, the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and construction remodels.
