Skylar is a second-year J.D. student at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and is currently a legal intern at a corporate and intellectual property firm in downtown Denver. Skylar grew up in Commack, New York, and graduated from the University at Albany with a Bachelor of Arts in Emergency Preparedness, Homeland Security, and Cybersecurity. 

Prior to law school Skylar worked as a legal assistant at a mid-size foreclosure and bankruptcy firm in New York and interned at the American Bar Association in Washington D.C. Skylar is interested in a variety of practice fields including data privacy, intellectual property, finance law, and corporate law. In her free time, Skylar enjoys playing tennis, hiking, traveling, and watching Broadway shows.
